Chris was great! My house has some questionable outlets from some work done by the previous owner and I had an outdoor outlet that went bad on me and while trying to replace it, I ran into some problems. I called Chris and he came right over and fixed the issue. He did a thorough inspection of my other outlets in the house and assured me that everything was good. I would highly recommend Chris for all of your electrical needs!

I reached out to Chris Paterno from LPC Electrical around early August. I read good reviews about him on a local forum so I decided to give him a call about two small i jobs I wanted him to do. He was professional, easy to talk to, and positive which was important for me.
We set an appointment around 5:30 on a weekday so he could come check out the work I wanted him to do, and Chris was early and ready to go which I personally love because it showed me he cared.
The very next day I had gotten a text from Chris with a quote of the work. Again this showed me he was serious, prompt and wanted to do the job.
I ended up setting a date a few weeks later with Chris so we didn’t communicate all the time but any time I had a question, he answered right away. The promptness was impeccable compared to other customer service that I’m used to nowadays!
Chris told me he would start his work at 10am on the day of the job and sure enough, he was ready to roll at 9:45am.
Chris’ work was super clean and efficient. I couldn’t be at the house while he was working but we communicated throughout the day via text which was fantastic. I ended up getting home while he was finishing up and he walked me through everything he did.
Any electrical work I have going forward, there will only be one phone call I’m making and that is to Chris. He was that good and that impressive.
